We interviewed a few former clients and the consensus is that the experience is straightforward and pleasant, without the typical “pushy salesperson” vibe.
On the downside, it appears they’re a bit short-staffed. With this, there are sometimes delays getting a team member to walk you through the used car selections.

What’s even greater is that every used car they offer is thoroughly inspected by the owners themselves.
Furthermore, they have a straightforward purchasing process and plenty of financing options. Add to that is that they can set you up with car loans starting at 7.99%, which is most likely one of the lowest rates you’ll find in the Ottawa used car market.
We also like their website where they make everything accessible—whether it’s searching their inventory or applying for credit—it’s all there. However, while it’s functional, we think it could use a bit of a facelift for smoother navigation.

They don’t just stop at selling cars, though; their services include regular auto maintenance, auto detailing, tires and rims, and vehicle appearance protection.
The staff, especially Alex and Warren, stand out due to their welcoming vibe and with how they make sure the cars are ready almost immediately after the purchase.
Something else we appreciated was their offering of various financing options. However, we experienced a delay in response time. during our online enquiries. Still, we like how they handle trade-ins fairly and efficiently.
